A PURPOSEFUL Fitness Program for older ADULTS
This well rounded fitness program utilizes century old exercises/techniques found in the martial arts and is specifically designed to help older adults attain, and maintain, their personal fitness goals.

You can sweat as much or as little as you want and you can advance at your own speed. There are no high impact movements, no sparring, and none of the advanced techniques that older adults tend to find challenging and intimidating.
Build STRENGTH and
FLEXIBILITY
Each class combines elements of aerobic training, strength, balance/agility and flexibility training, stress relieving techniques, and practical self-defense.
