Build STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY & CALM
Breathe, move, and reset. Our Yoga classes blend postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and short meditation to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more focused – on and off the mat.
At Volpe Martial Arts, we keep things welcoming and beginner-friendly while offering options to challenge returning practitioners. Come as you are; leave feeling refreshed and centered.​
