Move with power, sweat with purpose, and finish the week strong. Our Cardio Kickboxing classes blend high-energy cardio, kickboxing-inspired combinations, and strength & conditioning to help you build fitness, confidence, and resilience – on and off the mats.
At Volpe Martial Arts, we keep classes welcoming and beginner-friendly while offering options to challenge those who want to push harder. Come as you are; leave feeling energized, accomplished, and empowered.
